Recognising its importance and value, a small team at Magma have been striving to find a means of driving a culture of consistent feedback in an efficient, simple and organised way, whilst also integrating with wider appraisal and career progression discussions. In conjunction with staff engagement platform provider, Weekly10, the business has now launched a bespoke staff platform which puts team morale and performance sentiment at the heart of the day to day.
