We have ambitions plans for the future to build upon our success and achievements to date.  As part of our expansion plans we are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Business Services team.

 

Who we are looking for

 

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and highly motivated Manager within the Business Services Department in our Rugby office.

 

You will have a desire to further your career and assist in developing and expanding our current service offering within our business services and book keeping departments.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will be either ICAEW or ACCA qualified looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic advisory focused environment within the entrepreneurial owner managed business sector.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in business services and be fully conversant with online accounting packages, particularly Xero.

 

In addition, we are looking for individuals with accomplished communication skills and financial reasoning who have the potential to think commercially and add value to advice beyond the numbers.

 

What you will be doing

 

You will have responsibility for your own portfolio, whilst working alongside other managers to meet the statutory requirements of a diverse range of clients across numerous business sectors.

 

The role requires the successful candidate to manage junior team members, review and finalise the financial statements for sign off by a senior manager or partner together with managing the delivery of the bookkeeping team along with other senior staff. In particular, the review of VAT returns, management accounts and other special projects as required.
