As of 1 May 2024, Companies House are increasing the fees they charge for their services, including Incorporation, Confirmation Statement, Change of Name, and more.

Companies House’s justification for the fee increases being made are to “bring them in line with the costs of providing services” and that they “do not make a profit” on fees.

Whilst some of these fees are a significant raise, Companies House have not had a fee increase since 2016, and state that they are still lower than the global average.
