Lights, camera, action! Magma advises Film Logistics on management buyout

Magma Corporate Finance have acted as lead advisor on the management buyout (MBO) of Film Logistics Limited, a leading specialist in the provision of transport support to the film & TV sector.
Based in Towcester, Film Logistics Limited are experts in providing costume, props, camera, sound and construction vehicles to studios or locations across the UK. Their innovative cloud-based booking facility enables them to locate, book and action their client’s need for transport quickly and efficiently.
Magma Corporate Finance, alongside colleagues within the Magma tax team, structured and advised on the successful MBO, which sees the current management team of Christopher Sawyer, Michael Matthews and Evie Dibble acquire the business.
