Time is running out to report your gender pay gap information.

As the end of the tax year approaches, reporting key financial information engulfs the business world, and none more important than your gender pay gap data.

Who must report?

Companies must report their gender pay gap information if they have 250 or more employees on a specified ‘snapshot date’.

For private companies and charities this date is 5 April 2023, and for public-sector organisations the deadline is slightly earlier on 31 March 2023.

Failure to report could result in reputational damage, investigations by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) and ultimately legal action.
