Overview
I am a Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in advising owner managed businesses on their tax affairs. Prior to heading up our Corporate and Business Tax services, I spent a decade within the corporate tax teams of KPMG and PwC. Having been a member of both the HMRC Working Together Committee at national level and the ACCA’s Global Tax Forum, I am now fully devoted to clients’ affairs.
Areas of my expertise include: company restructuring, transactional work, profit extraction, HMRC investigations, share schemes, R&D tax credits, capital allowances, stamp taxes and VAT.
Away from the office, my main interests are sporting in nature. I am willing to give any sport a go (with varying degrees of success) and always ready to take on visitors to the office at table tennis! I reside in Ashby-de-la-Zouch with my wife and daughter.
