Magma Chartered Accountants has announced a new Partner promotion, as well as 3 new recruits, within its very highly reputed tax team.
Michelle Andrews becomes the firm’s 5th Tax Partner. Michelle joined Magma in 2014 from Ernst & Young, with the tax team having also trebled in size since then. Mark Tuckwell, the firm’s Managing Partner commented “Michelle has been a huge part of the success of our tax team in recent years and is one of the key drivers for its continued growth. Her promotion is well deserved”.
Magma also welcome Cornelia Petha, who joins as a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, bringing a wealth of valuable expertise from her previous firm Grant Thornton. Two further graduate trainee appointments, in Joshua Aberdeen and Ethan Skitt, complete this welcome news.
Tuckwell commented “Tax is a big part of our ‘big firm expertise’ promise and an area in which we continue to excel, with the whole business on an exciting trajectory. The quality of our people, harnessed in an amiable and service-oriented culture, is the bedrock of that. Today’s news highlights our continued success and ambition”.
