Magma Corporate Finance have been shortlisted in the SME Advisory Team of the Year and Deal of the Year categories.
The shortlists for Insider’s Midlands Dealmakers Awards – which recognise the achievements of the region’s M&A professionals – have been revealed. The awards will see more than 700 of the region’s senior and rising dealmakers gather to celebrate the success of a sector that has carried on transacting, despite the more widely challenging year.
Magma’s team have been recognised in the SME Advisory Team category, off the back of a number of deals as lead advisors for a range of key sectors – including the IT, construction and the waste and recycling industries.
One of its most notable transactions has also been shortlisted for the coveted Deal of the Year award. Magma led the advisory team on the sale of Leicester-based Eurokey Recycling Ltd, who provide commodity trading and reprocessing services, to the Reconomy Group in Telford. The winners of this year’s Midlands Dealmaker Awards will be announced on Thursday 9th December at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
