Magma Corporate Finance are pleased to have advised Rayburn Tours on their acquisition of Sports Tours, a leading provider of sports tours and tournament festivals throughout the UK and Europe.
Established in 1965 Rayburn Tours is an independent, family run business based in Derby dedicated to creating tailor-made tours for groups. Rayburn specialise in educational trips, ski trips and sports tours for schools as well as concert tours for both youth and adult groups. The business has a team of over 90 travel experts and with the addition of Sports Tours will be responsible for sending over 40,000 passengers around the world each year.
