Capita plc has acquired Retain International, the specialist provider of resource planning software to professional service businesses in the UK and abroad, for an undisclosed sum.
Retain were advised on the deal by Mark Tuckwell, Partner at Magma Chartered Accountants. Mark added: “We are delighted to have been working with Retain as a business over the last few years.
