Magma are pleased to have supported Aerocom (UK) in their successful transition, in the form of a Management Buy-Out.
Aerocom (UK) Ltd, the pneumatic tube systems and air tube technology experts, was established in February 2000 and has grown considerably over the past 21-years. Particular success has been in the supply and service of hospital pneumatic tube systems, with 93 major NHS & Private Hospital clients in the UK.
Magma Corporate Finance (Will Lodder and Shaf Bheda) worked closely with Legal Clarity to advise Aerocom in the acquisition. Magma’s supporting tax advice was provided by Pam Keogh. The legal process was designed and fully managed by Legal Clarity, led by Gary Davie.
